Judgment 1. Apprehending his arrest in a nonbailable offence in case FIR No.315 dated 26.8.2006 under Section 15/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Shahabad, District kurukshetra, has filed this petition under Sec.438 of the Code of criminal Procedure for the grant of anticipatory bail. After hearing counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the FIR as well as the order dated 15.3.2007, passed by additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, whereby bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed, keeping in view the fact that name of the petitioner has been specifically mentioned in the FIR and the alleged recovery, I am not inclined to grant the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
