Judgment 1. Petitioner Kishore, under trial prisoner, submitted an application for his release on regular bail or early decision of the case, during the course of inspection of Central Jail, Ambala, on 6.4.2003, which was ordered to be treated as Criminal Misc. Petition. The petitioner was facing trial in case FIR No.1 dated 1.1.2002 under Sec.15/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station chhappar. 2. Counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Pritam singh ASI, states that the petitioner has been convicted by the Court of additional Sessions Judge, Jagadhri, vide judgment dated 5.8.2003. In view of this fact, this petition has become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
