ORDER : UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following: 1. Pursuant to our order dated January 24, 2007 two affidavits have been filed on behalf of the State of Madhya Pradesh. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the copies of the aforesaid affidavits have been received by him recently and he intends to file his response. Let such response be filed within two weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant also stated that though he has received reports of the Advisory Committee being Report Nos. 1 and 2 but he has not received the 3rd Report said to have been submitted pursuant to the meeting held of the Monitoring Committee. Let such copy of the Report in the form of minutes be supplied to the learned counsel for the applicant. Copies of the affidavits will also be supplied to the Advisory Committee and Monitoring Committee so as to their responses also come on record. 2. Put up after four weeks.
