Judgment 1. Arned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further custody is not required for the purpose of investigation. It is further submitted that since some recovery is still to be made, the petitioner should continue to join investigation as and when required. 2. Keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances, the interim order dated 10.11.2006 is made absolute. In the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing personal bond and surety to the satisfaction of the Arresting/investigating Officer and subject to the provisions of Sec.438 Cr. P. C. However, he shall continue to join investigation as and when called. The criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
