Judgment HEMANT GUPTA, J. 1. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the tenant has since vacated the premises in dispute and handed over the possession to the landlord. He has produced an affidavit dated 25.1.2007 sworn in by the legal representatives of the present petitioners. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not rebut the stand of the respondent. 2. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. However, if the petitioners find the statement made by the respondents as incorrect, liberty is given to the petitioners to seek revival of the petition.
