JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material made available to me during arguments. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that occurrence has taken place in the noon of 12.2.2007 in Bhilwara city whereas the report has been lodged on the next day. He further submits that the father of the prosecutrix lodged a report at about 4.20 PM on 12.2.2007 but in that report there is no mention of rape on Meera. He also submits that there are contradictory versions in the report lodged by the prosecutrix, her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.PC. and the report lodged by her father. He, therefore, prays that the applicant be released on bail. 3. Considering the rival submissions and taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case I deem it just and proper to release the accused applicant on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 4. It is, therefore, ordered that the accused applicant Ranjeet Rao S/o Narayan Singh Rao in FIR No. 80/2007, Police Station Pratap Nagar shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with two surety bonds in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear, before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so during the pendency of the trial against him.Bail Allowed on Usual Conditions. *******
