Judgment 1. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that vide order dated September 20,2005, passed by this Court, appeal filed by the insurer, has been accepted and as such, the amount of Rs.25,000/-deposited in this Court on February 19,2005, is now liable to be refunded to the applicant. 2. Since the appeal filed by the Insurer has been allowed and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, has been set aside, the applicant is entitled to have refund of the aforesaid amount of Rs.25,000/-deposited in this Court. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to refund the aforesaid amount to the applicant after proper receipt and identification. C. M. stands disposed of.
