Judgment :- P. Sathasivam, J. The above Writ Appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge, dated 04.04.2002, made in W.P. No.11869 of 1998, in and by which, the learned Judge dismissed the Writ Petition with certain directions. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent. 3. It is not in dispute that the matter in issue is covered by a Division Bench decision of this Court reported in 2005 (2) MLJ 218 (Kailasam, G. v. Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation). In view of the admitted position as to the applicability of the provisions of the State Financial Corporations Act, the order of the learned single Judge, dated 04.04.2002, is set aside and the Writ Appeal is allowed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
