JUDGMENT : 1. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following : 2. Perused the letter of the learned Claims Commissioner. He is permitted to accept the assignment if offered to him. Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned Amicus states that the work of the Commissioner will not be hampered due to his joining the new assignment. Since the corpus has been sent to the Claims Commissioner, the expenses can be made by him from the said corpus. 3. The complaint of Mr. S.M. Arora is without any foundation and is rejected. 4. The SLP relating to 22, Barakhamba Road shall be taken up in September, 2007. I.A. NOS.152, 153 AND 159 5. These I.As. shall be taken up after receipt of the report of the Claims Commissioner. 6. Issue notice in these I.As. 7. Response by the Punjab & Sind Bank shall be filed within eight weeks. The figures " 31.03.2007" in our order dated 27.04.2007 shall be read as "31.05.2007". I.A. NOS.139, 142, 144 AND 145 8. All these I.As. shall be listed in September, 2007. I.A. NO.157 I.A. No.157 is allowed. 9. The Claim Nos. 283 and 317 in the names of Meena Rastogi and Sita Ram Rastogi shall now be dealt with by the T.P.L. I.A. NO.155 10. The report of the Registrar is accepted. Since it was a Court sale, the Embassy of Isreal need not pay any stampt duty or registration fee to perfect the title. 11. The necessary sale certificate is issued and the registering authority be intimated accordingly. I.A. NO.158 12. The I.A. is dismissed.
