ORDER : B.N. Agrawal, J. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the State of Karnataka and the Medical Council of India. 2. As prayed for on behalf of learned counsel for the parties, Clause (e) at p. 55 of the consensual agreement is permitted to be deleted. In view of the facts stated in the pleadings, we direct that the consensual agreement, which is at pp. 49 to 55, entered into between the State of Karnataka and the associations of unaided professional colleges regulating admissions to undergraduate courses in the unaided professional colleges for medical, dental and engineering seats for academic year 2007-2008, shall be given effect to and the parties are permitted to work out the same by way of interim arrangement during the pendency of this writ petition. 3. This order shall, however, be subject to the result of the writ petition and without prejudice to the rights of the parties. Interlocutory Application No. 11 stands, accordingly, disposed of.
