JUDGMENT : R.V. Raveendran, J. - 1. These petitions relate to validity of Clauses 56 and 57 of amended Ordinance No. 1 of 2002 of sixth respondent university and for various consequential reliefs. 2. The matter is covered by decision rendered by us in Maharashtra University of Health Sciences v. Paryani Mukesh Jawaharlal, CA No. 3883 of 2006, decided today. 3. Following the said decision and in terms of it, these petitions are disposed of.
