JUDGMENT :- The petitioner prays for a mandamus not to evict him otherwise than by due process of law. The learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is an encroacher on a water way and action will be taken in accordance with Act 8 of 2007. The statement is recorded. The writ petition is closed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
