JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The applicant is seeking bail in CR No.52 of 2008 of Malwani Police Station, Mumbai. The said case is mainly under Sections 395 and 397 r.w. Section 34 of IPC. 3. The applicant has not been identified in the test identification parade by any witness. In this view of the matter, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant. 4. The applicant-Khalilollah Anollah Khan be released on bail in the sum of Rs.35,000/- (Rs. thirty five thousand only) with one or two sureties to make up the said amount. The sureties shall be local sureties. The applicant to report to Malwani Police Station, Mumbai twice in a week for a period of six months and thereafter once in a week till conclusion of the trial. 5. Application is disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
