D. V. SHARMA, J. Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant. 2. It has been urged on his behalf that he was on bail during trial and did not misuse the same. 3. Admit. 4. Issue notice. 5. Summon the lower Court record. 6. The execution of sentence is sus pended till disposal of appeal. However, realization of fine is not stayed, which shall be deposited within one month from today. 7. Let the appellant Kanhaiya Lal be enlarged on bail on his furnishing a per sonal bond of Rs. 40, 000/- and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM concerned. Bail Granted.
