ORDER : UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following I.A. Nos. 460: 1. As prayed for, two weeks' further time is granted for filing affidavit as directed by this Court on the last date, and one week's time thereafter is granted for filing response thereto. Put up after three weeks. I.A. Nos. 470: 2. Two weeks' further time is granted for filing reply to the application and one week's time thereafter is granted for filing rejoinder thereto. Put up after three weeks. I.A. Nos. 474: 3. Mr. Krishan Mahajan, learned amicus curiae and Mr. Mehta, petitioner-in-person state that no response is required to be filed to the application for permission to amend and replace I.A. No. 444, as the matter can be argued on the materials placed on record and other documents. 4. Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned counsel states that coloured copies of the plans shall be filed on the next date fixed and copies of the same shall also be handed over to Mr. Krishan Mahajan, learned amicus and Mr. Mehta. 5. Keeping in view the importance of the question raised in I.A. No. 444/2008, we would request the Monitoring Committee to submit a report to this Court before the next date fixed. 6. A separate report may also be filed in respect of I.A. No. 470/2008. 7. Put up after three weeks.
