ORDER : A.K. Mathur and P. Sathasivam, JJ. Learned counsel for both the parties are directed to file a proper affidavit that what guidelines can be given for the sexual abuse and trafficking as well as the abuse of the children working in the circus. The Government of India should provide proper assistance by suggesting certain guidelines on which a direction can be given by this Court. They may also give their response to the suggested guidelines given in the petition at page 381 of volume II. 2. Put up after four weeks.
