JUDGMENT : The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondent to appoint the petitioner on the post of Angan Bari Sevika in view of the fact that, she is the only eligible candidate to be appointed on the said post. It is an admitted case that she neither appeared nor presented herself before the Aam Sabha and thus only by having requisite qualification she cannot claim to be selected. However, as and when the vacancy arises and she appears before the Aam Sabha the authorities will certainly consider her case. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
