JUDGMENT : 1. Issue notice to the respondents in IA no.25/08. Counter affidavit may be filed within three weeks and rejoinder, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter. 2. Counsel for the petitioners stated that the guidelines framed by GSE for granting approval are not published by the respondents. The respondents to provide the copy of the guidelines for granting approval. 3. Counsel for the petitioners also made his objection that the order passed by this Court on 8/4/08 has not been complied with and the data still not put on the website. The respondents to file the satisfactory proof regarding the compliance of the Order passed on 8.4.08. 4. List these matters in the 3rd week of September, 2008.
