ORDER : UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following: Hoardings matters (except I.A. No. 274): 1. EPCA Report and the report of MCD will be put on the website immediately.Objections, if any, by the parties may be filed before 1 September, 2008. 2. List the matters on 5 September, 2008. 3. Interim order, if any, will continue till then. In Re: Adani Energey Ltd. 4. By order dated 4 April, 2008, this Court had directed the Gas Authority of India Ltd. (GAIL) to give connectivity to Adani Energy Ltd. for supply of natural gas in the city of Faridabad. We are told that despite the order passed by this Court, no connectivity has so far been granted by GAIL. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for GAIL that there were some technical problems and, therefore, there was delay. Learned senior counsel appearing for Adani Energy Ltd. submits that it has already indicated that it has accepted Option No. 2. Let GAIL go-ahead with the work for giving connectivity to Adani Energy Ltd. within a period of eight weeks. In Re: Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd. 5. Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd. has undertaken to supply natural gas to the city of Gurgaon (Haryana). This Court has directed GAIL to give connectivity for this supply. Meanwhile, Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd. agreed to Option No.4 by which GAIL had been distributing natural gas in cascades. Learned senior counsel appearing for Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd. submitted that the supply of gas in cascades is very expensive and it requires engagement of large number of employees and it is not economical for the Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd. to supply gas to the customers. He submits that they should be given connectivity immediately by GAIL so that the supply would be in the normal channel. GAIL is directed to do the needful and see that the connectivity is given to the Haryana City Distribution Ltd. within a period of eight weeks. 6. It is clarified that this is a temporary arrangement only and shall be subject to the final outcome of the pending applications. I.A. No. 274: 7. List on 26 September, 2008 along with I.A. No. 295.
