Order 1.On 14th of September, 2007, this Court issued notice in this SLP limited to the question of payment of back wages only. 2.We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and examined the record including the impugned Order. We modify the Order of the High Court only to the extent that the respondent shall be entitled to 50% of the back wages from the petitioners. Such back wages shall be paid to the respondent, if not already paid in the meantime within three months from the date of supply of a copy of this Order to the High Court. 3.With these directions, this Special Leave Petition is disposed of with no Order as to costs. ***********
