Judgment 1. These L.P.As. are all having identical facts and circumstances as were in the L.P.A. No. 779 of 2007 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 9620 of 2000. The case relates to termination of the petitioners- apellants services and challenge to termination order has failed before learned single Judge, hence an appeal before us. On appeal order in the aforesaid case these L.P.As. against the like order of the learned single Judge has been allowed setting aside the order of the learned single Judge and allowing the writ petition. 2. Following the aforesaid writ petition these L.P.As. are also allowed.
