JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. I have perused the First Information Report and the order of rejection dated 20.05.2008 passed by the learned court below. The prosecution case against the present petitioners, who are ladies, is that they had accompanied the other accused persons, such as Vikram Yadav and other persons. There is no allegation against these petitioners for causing any injury to the deceased Girraj Singh. 3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of accusation against the petitioners, who are ladies, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 5. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners No. (1) Sunil Devi Dlo Magan Singh, (2) Pushpa Devi @ Pinki D/o Magan Singh & (3) Prem Devi W/o Magan Singh in F.I.R.
