ORDER : 1. WPs (C) Nos. 294, 322, 331, 313 and 300 of 2008. - In these petitions, we are told that the Medical Council of India had already conducted inspections and would be submitting its recommendations within two days and the Union of India may consider the matters, as to whether permission has to be granted or not, within a week thereafter. The petitioners or any other interested party may be given an opportunity of being heard by the Union of India (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare). 2. IA No. 5 of 2008 application for intervention is dismissed as withdrawn, as requested. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. 3. WP (C) No. 357 of 2008 - The learned Additional Solicitor General submits that the revised orders would be passed within a week in respect of the present petitioner. The statement is recorded. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 5. WP (C) No. 350 of 2008 - We are told that permission has already been granted in respect of the petitions and the petitioner institute may complete the admission by 30-9-2008 in accordance with the rules and procedure laid down for the purpose of admissions. 6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7. WPs (C) Nos. 348, 311, 367 and 302 of 2008 - No orders for the present.
