JUDGMENT 1. - Inspite of service, none present for respondent. 2. After having carefully gone through the material on record considering the hardship, apprehensions and inconvenience to the petitioner as also in the interest of justice, the proceedings of Divorce Petition No. 9/2007, Dhan Raj v. Sarita are ordered to be transferred from the District Judge, Churu to the District Judge, Sikar. Case file be sent by the concerned Court to the District Judge, Sikar and the District Judge, Sikar may proceed further after giving notice to both the parties. It will be just and proper that the divorce petition filed by the petitioner may also be heard together with the divorce petition filed by the respondent husband. 3.
