Learned counsel for the petitioners as well the learned Special Government Pleader in unison have submitted that the second Bench of this Court ordered in W.P.No.11296 to 11300/2008 dated 30.4.2008 that person like the petitioners who is claiming to have been aggrieved by the order of the Collector could appeal. Therefore, the petitioner herein has the right of appeal. Recording the same, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected pending miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
