Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The nitty-gritty and the gist and kernel of the grievance of the petitioner, as aired by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is that the petitioner is a tenant of the premises bearing Door No.15, Big Street Triplicane, Chennai-5 and the third respondent is the recent purchaser of the premises and trying to obtain building plan permission relating to the property under the occupation of the petitioner. The petitioners representation dated 14. 2008 evoked no positive response from the authorities concerned. 3. In this factual matrix, I would like to pass the following direction: "The respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14. 2008 before disposal of the application for permission submitted by the third respondent, if not already disposed of, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order". 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P is closed.
