Judgment :- The writ petition is filed for a direction directing the respondent to consider petitioners representation dated 13. 2008 and consequently direct the respondent Bank to allow the petitioners sister, namely, M. Valsala to operate the petitioners Savings Bank Account No.18597 in the respondent Bank. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would pray for issuing direction to the authority concerned to consider the representation dated 13. 2008 by the respondent. In these circumstances the following direction is passed. The respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13. 2008 and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
