Judgment :- At the hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would pray for withdrawal of this Writ Petition and permit him to file regular appeal/revision before the statutory authority under the Panchayat Act. 2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to seek the remedy of appeal/revision as per law before the appropriate authority under Panchayat Act. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
