Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. N. Senthil kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. 2. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would make a submission that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2007 may be considered by the authorities and suitable orders may be passed. 3. In such circumstances, the following direction is issued. "The respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2007 and pass suitable orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 4. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
