Judgment :- Mr. A. Selvendran, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. 2. Heard both sides. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the concerned authorities issued necessary orders so as to enable the petitioner/Small Farmers Lift Irrigation Society to avail electricity connection, whereas the respondents 3 and 4 are not implementing it. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would in all fairness submit that in view of the necessary orders already issued in this regard, respondents 3 and 4 may be directed to comply with the direction. Hence, in such circumstances, the following direction is issued. "Respondents 3 and 4 shall see that electricity service connection is given to the petitioner as ordered by the authorities concerned, as expeditiously as possible. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
