ORDER IAs Nos. 460, 467 and 468 1. Mr Dinesh Dwivedi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Uttar Pradesh has filed a certificate granted by the State-Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority, U.P. dated 11-9-2008; in terms whereof, permission has been granted to cut 2382 trees for strengthening and widening the road to 6 lanes from Kheria Airport via Idgah Crossing, Pratappura, Mall Road, Shastri Crossing and Trident Trifurcation to the 10th Ian of Fatehabad Road via JP Hotel, Eastern Gate of the Taj Mahal. 2. The State shall affirm an affidavit annexing a copy of the said certificate wherewith a copy of the application filed by the State of U.P. as also the project report shall also be enclosed. Such an affidavit may be filed within two weeks. Any response thereto, by the learned amicus curiae or by the petitioner, may be filed within one week thereafter. IAs Nos. 470-71 3. An Inspection Report to assess illegal constructions for Zones II and VI of Agra Master Plan 2021 has been filed and placed before us. As a number of illegal constructions by a large number of petsons have been pointed out wherefor sanctions have allegedly been granted by Agra Development Authority, we direct their response thereto be filed within two weeks.
