Agarwal, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Harjit Singh Bedi and Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.S. Singhvi. I.A. Nos. 24, 25, and I.A. No.... of 2008: 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. It appears that the deadline fixed in the case of Mridul Dhar (Minor) and Another v. Union of India and Ors., 2005 (2) S.C.C. 65 , could not be adhered to because of unprecedented situation in the State of Jammu and Kashmir. In view of this, as a special case, we extend the time for completing the process for admission in M.B.B.S. and B.D.S courses within the State of Jammu and Kashmir upto 10th October, 2008. 4. Interlocutory applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
