Judgment 1. This application has been filed for seeking amendment. 2. Mr. Madan Mohan Prasad, appears on behalf of the petitioner. 3. By way of amendment altogether a separate relief of quashing an order taking cognizance is sought to be added, If this application is allowed, it shall contain multiple reliefs not connected with each other. In this way the application will suffer from the vice of multiplicity of reliefs. 4. On this ground alone, we are not inclined to allow the application. 5. Application stands rejected. 6. Petitioner, if so advised, may file separate application for quashing the order taking cognizance.
