Judgment : This writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the order passed by him in G.O.Ms.No.46, Labour and Employment Department, dated 3. 1991, and quash the same and direct the respondents to give alternative employment to the applicant, before implementing the above said Government Order, with effect from the date of termination. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would submit a representation to the respondents in view of the fact that there is a proposal by the Government of Tamil Nadu to give re-employment to all the similarly placed Honorary Rural Organisers after granting relaxation with regard to the age limit for such re-employment. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that as and when the petitioner makes a representation to the respondents, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed thereon. 5. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondents, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
