Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader (Forests) appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 112. 1994, submitted to the second respondent, is directed to be disposed of on merits within a specified period. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 112. 1994, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not been disposed of till date. The petitioner is directed to furnish to the second respondent a copy of the representation, dated 112. 1994, along with a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
