Judgment :- By consent of the learned counsels on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner could be permitted to make a representation to the second respondent with regard to his request for regularisation, and if the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, within a specified period. 4. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that as and when such a representation is made, the same would be considered and appropriate orders passed, on merits and in accordance with law, in view of the letter No. 5376/2007/gp3/dated; 2. 2008. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the second respondent who may consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, expeditiously, as submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents. With the above observations, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
