Judgment :- M. Jaichandren, J. 2. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the amount of Rs.60,000/- due to the petitioner, as Family Benefit Fund, had been paid to the petitioners legal heir, as the petitioner had died in the year 1998. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
