Judgment :- M. Jaichandren J. 2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal had not granted any order of interim stay, the disciplinary proceedings had been initiated against the petitioner and final orders had been passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Roc. A5/5598/91, dated 112. 1995 and the petitioner has been summarily dismissed from service. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not refuted the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
