Judgment :- By consent of the learned counsels on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the petitioner had consented for the recovery of Rs.35,850.20/-, which is the subject matter of the writ petition, to be deducted from his retiral benefits. Based on such consent, the entire retiral benefits had been settled deducting the said amount. Hence, he prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not refuted the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
