JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. The petitioner/convict has already served sentence for 4 years 9 months and 12 days as on 12.5.2008. He sought his release on parole for 20 days. In addition to his plea for releasing on regular parole, he sought parole on the ground that he want to repair his house. 3. The parole committee observed that the petitioner has no house and, therefore, rejected the parole on the ground that he gave wrong fact of he having his house repaired. 4. Though said ground may not be available but the petitioner otherwise would have been entitled to be released on parole even if the ground of repair of his house would not have been taken by the petitioner. 5. Consequently, this parole petition is allowed and the petitioner be released on parole for 20 days on his submitting personal bond of Rs.30,000/- and two sureties of Rs.15,000/- each and on other just and appropriate conditions determined by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Sri Ganganagar to his own satisfaction. The Superintendent, Central Jail, Sri Ganganagar will also give a date for surrender.Petition Allowed. *******
