Judgment : This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to set aside the order Ref.No.4986/E2 (3)/95-1 dated 24. 1995, passed by the first respondent with reference to D.O.Lr.No.13523/ADI/95-183, dated 22. 1995 and 30.3.1995 quash the same and to direct the respondent to reinstate the applicant in service. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has made an endorsement stating that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. Based on the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
