Judgment :- This petition has been filed by the Tamil Nadu P.W.D and Highways Employees Union, on behalf of its members, whose names are annexed to the typed set of papers. 2. It has been stated that the members of the petitioner Union have been employed, as Nominal Muster Roll workers under the Public Works Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu. The above petition has been filed for regularisation of their services since they have been working as Nominal Muster Roll workers for a numbers of years ranging from four years to twenty years. It has been further stated that in spite of repeated requests the services of the members of the petitioner Union have not been regularized. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner Union had submitted that the individual members of the petitioner Union, who are aggrieved, may be permitted to submit individual representations to the second respondent, who may forward the same to the first respondent, for being considered for regularisation in view of the Government orders passed in this regard. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that as and when the representations are submitted they would be considered by the authorities concerned in view of the prevailing Government orders relating to such services. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the aggrieved members of the petitioner Union to submit individual representations, regarding the regularisation of their services, to the second respondent, who may forward the same to the first respondent for passing necessary orders. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
