Judgment :- No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that though the prayer is for a larger relief, it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.10.95, is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent, within a specified period. 4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.10.95, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not been disposed of till date. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
