Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents. There is no appearance on behalf of the third and fourth respondents. 2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 21. 95, is directed to be disposed of by the third respondent on merits within a specified period. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, without going into the merits of case, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 21. 95, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has not been disposed of till date. The petitioner is directed to furnish to the third respondent a copy of the representation, dated 21. 95, along with a copy of this order.
