Judgment :- The prayer of the petitioner is to regularise her services from the date of her initial appointment i.e. 211. 1984 and to grant her all consequential benefits. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the petition, it was pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that by an order in Va.12/4987/96, dated 27. 1997, passed by the District Collector, Tuticorin, the petitioner has been regularised in service from 211. 1984, which is the date of her initial appointment as a Junior Assistant in the Panchayat Union, Srivaikuntam. Hence, it is submitted that no further orders are necessary in the petition. 3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are required to be passed, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
