Judgment :- This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to direct the respondents to call for the records relating to the award of punishment of reduction by 3 stages with cumulative effect in pay in DO/1360/93 C.NO.P.R.13/K1/92, dated 110. 1993 and confirmed in Appeal in C.No.B2/Appel No.10/95, dated 21. 1995 and quash the same and thereby direct the respondent to advance the name of the applicant to the post of Selection Grade Head Constable. This petition has been listed under the caption "For Dismissal", since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, on an earlier occasion, i.e., on 16.06.2008. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
