It appears that during the pendency of the writ petitions, steps have been taken to pay the salary to the persons concerned in these writ petitions. In such a view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has stated that there is no necessity to deal with the questions raised in both the writ petitions. Accordingly, both these writ petitions are disposed of. But in the circumstances, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
