Judgment :- Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents. 2. Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to make a representation to the first respondent with regard to the relief sought for in the writ petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioners are permitted to make a representation to the first respondent with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petition, within a period of four weeks from today, and on such representation being submitted, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
