Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the impugned order of transfer was already given effect to. Hence, it is submitted that no further orders are necessary in the petition. 3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are required to be passed, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
