Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition. 3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are required to be passed, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
